1.What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.
2.Do you provide free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is FREE on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of Rs. 225 per kg applies.
3.How long will my delivery take?
Most orders reach our customers within 2–4 business days, depending on your specific city and location.
4.Can I open the parcel before paying?
No. Courier riders are third-party partners and cannot open packages before payment. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately.
5.What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange unused items within 7 days of purchase, provided they have original tags, packaging, and the receipt.
6.Are sale items exchangeable?
No. Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
7.What if I receive a damaged item?
We offer returns/refunds for defective or incorrect items. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo of the issue.
8.Who pays the courier charges?
OPEA pays for shipping if the item is defective. For exchanges based on personal preference (size/color), the customer pays shipping both ways.
9.Why does the color look slightly different?
While we use professional photography, slight variations may occur due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions.
10.How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your pieces away from water, perfume, and chemicals. Store them in their original packaging to maintain their shine.
11.Does the jewellery come with a warranty?
No. As these are fashion pieces, we do not offer a warranty. Durability depends entirely on how well the items are handled and stored.
