Opea has a strict return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order. If you are still not satisfied or an item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange or return it within seven days of purchase, and you will receive a 100% FULL REFUND.

 

Exchange

All Opea merchandise, purchased online or from the branch, may be exchanged within seven days of purchase. Acceptance for exchange is subject to following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packing. It will be inspected by Opea representatives and their decision will be final in this regard, in case the condition is not deemed as new.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Original receipt must be presented.
  • Due to hygiene reasons of hygiene, exchange is not possible for undergarments and lingerie.
  • Exchange must be done for an equivalent value in one transaction. No credit note will be issued, nor any amount refunded if exchange is done for an item of lesser value.
  • A purchase may only be exchanged once.
  • Sale, discounted or promotion items cannot be exchanged.

 

Online Exchange

Items purchased online may be exchanged within seven days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of sending the returned item back to Opea. Opea will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was broken.

The procedure for online exchange is as follows:

1)      Please contact Opea customer service via email or telephone and provide the following:

  • Your order reference number
  • Reason for exchange
  • The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange

Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase. The article will still be subject to physical inspection upon receipt back at Opea.

2)      Please courier your item ( along with original receipt ) to:

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to pack in its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.

3)      Upon receipt at Opea, the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as new. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with the additional amount of difference if exchange purchase is of a higher amount.

4)      You need to pay charges for both sides if you don’t like the color, design etc
